Superior lightweight cast aluminium body
Heavy gauge 6mm base of the pan provides optimum heat absorption and distribution.
Tapered side walls merge in to a precision pouring rim.
Unique removable phenolic AGA handle for easy transference from hob to oven.
Ideal for use on the hotplate/hob and in the ovens.
Suitable for all heat sources including induction.
The silicone lid features two side vents and is heatproof up to 200° (not suitable for use in the AGA roasting oven).
