This bundle includes two of our best selling cooking surfaces, the Plate Setter and Cast Iron Searing Grid. The Plate Setter provides a heat barrier between the charcoal and the food, turning the EGG from direct cooking (normal grilling) to cooking with indirect heat for baking, roasting and slow cooking. For perfect sear marks on your food, utilise the superior heat conductivity of the Cast Iron Searing Grid as an alternative to the Stainless Steel Grid. The two-sided heavy duty cast iron grid retains the heat enabling a professional quality sear and even cooking on your meat. Flip the grid over for a flatter searing surface for meat, fish or seafood. A must have for a meat lover! We like to be as helpful as possible so have included a pre-assembly into this bundle. This involves one of our technicians assembling your EGG prior to delivery so your EGG will arrive as displayed in photo.
